Draft Statutory Instruments
Parliament approved the following SIs on 23 October 2008. Draft versions are available at the Office of Public Sector Information website and final versions will shortly be posted on that site.
- The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008
- The First–tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Composition of Tribunal) Order 2008
- The Appeals from the Upper Tribunal to the Court of Appeal Order 2008
All of these SIs, the new Tribunals, and Chambers, came into effect on 3 November 2008.
